誰もが生まれてきて良かったと思い、幸せな人生を歩むことができるように。
幼少期が人生の基盤として、人間形成の基礎を構築する重要な時期だとの思いから幼児教育を専攻しました。
一人ひとりが認められ、信頼できる人に出会える社会生活（学校生活）を送り、新しいチャレンジを安心してできる安全な環境づくりが大切だと考えています。
I am working towards everyone feeling glad to have been born and lead a happy life. I majored in early childhood education because early childhood is an important period that lays the foundation for children’s development. It is crucial to create a safe environment where each person feels acknowledged, meet people they feel safe around in their social life (school life) and take on new challenges.
卒業後、どのような人になってほしいですか？What qualities do you want the students to have after they graduate?
感謝の気持ちを持って、自分を大切に、人を大切に、環境を大切にできる人
生まれ持った資質を磨きながら、環境から吸収した経験や価値観を活かした学びを社会のためにつかうことができるようになって欲しいと考えています。自分と向き合うこと、振り返り間違いから行動を変えること、そして誰かの何かの役に立ったという経験をすることを通して、人のために何かできることを喜べるようになると信じています。
I want them to show gratitude and respect for themselves, others and the environment.
I want students to build on their natural talents, apply the experiences and perspectives that they gained from the environment and use them to benefit society. They will discover the joy of serving others when they learn to reflect, learn from mistakes and the satisfaction of helping someone.

常に時代の先を見ながら子どもたちに必要な経験、知識やスキルを身につけることができる環境とは？を探究し続けている学園だからこそ、新しいチャレンジが楽しめます。進化し続ける教育環境としても、1年が2年分の比重と感じる程毎日が濃厚です。
自分の子さえよければ、ではなくみんなの子どもたちをみんなで育てる。そんな想いを持って集まってくださったご家庭と協働して作る学校コミュニティは最強だと日々感じています。
KIA is always thinking about how we can build an environment where we look ahead to the future and think about what kind of experiences, knowledge and skills that the students need to have. There are constantly new challenges as we evolve rapidly. There is so much going on everyday that a year feels like two years.
Every family cares about every student, not just their own. Sharing that belief allows teachers to work together with families and build a strong school community unlike any other.
