8月27日、後期初日のAssembly（全校集会）に、2026年3月に本校を卒業し、現在、秋田大学 総合環境理工学部 社会システム工学科で学んでいる卒業生が来校してくれました！
Assemblyでは、現在学んでいる大学・学部についての紹介をはじめ、実際の大学生活や、自身が経験したIBを活用した大学入試について、後輩たちに向けて話してくれました。
数か月前まで同じ校舎で学んでいた先輩だからこそ、その言葉は在校生にとって大学生活やその先の進路をより身近に感じる貴重な機会となりました。
卒業後、新しい環境で学びながら、こうして母校に戻り、自分の経験を後輩たちに伝えてくれることをとても嬉しく思います。
これからも関西国際学園の卒業生たちが、それぞれの場所で挑戦を続け、その経験を次の世代へとつないでくれることを楽しみにしています！
On August 27, the first day of the second term, one of our KIA alumni, who graduated in March 2026 and is currently studying in the Faculty of Integrated Science and Engineering for Environments at Akita University, visited us and spoke at our school-wide assembly.
During the assembly, our graduate introduced the university and department, shared experiences of university life, and spoke to our students about applying to university through the IB admissions pathway.
Hearing directly from a former KIA student who was studying in the same classrooms just a few months ago gave our current students a valuable opportunity to see university life and their own future pathways more clearly and realistically.
We are delighted to see our graduates returning to KIA and sharing their experiences with the next generation while continuing to learn and take on new challenges in their own lives.
We look forward to seeing our KIA alumni continue to pursue new opportunities in different fields and places, and to seeing their experiences inspire and support the students who follow in their footsteps.
