I feel that the teaching environment at KIA is very supportive, collaborative, and focused on the children’s growth and well-being. There is a strong sense of teamwork among teachers, and I appreciate how we can share ideas, reflect together, and learn from each other. I also value how the curriculum allows space for creativity and child-led learning.
KIAの教育環境は、子どもたちの成長と幸福を重視し、非常に協力的で、互いを支え合うものであると感じています。教師間のチームワークが強く、皆でアイデアを共有し、共に考察し、互いから学び合えることに感謝しています。さらに、カリキュラムが創造性や子ども主導の学習のための余地を設けている点も高く評価しています。
教員のサポート体制について教えてください。
The working atmosphere at KIA is warm, respectful and team oriented. Although the teachers come from different countries and there is a mix of cultures, there’s a strong sense of collaboration, and people are generally willing to help one another. Even during busy times, there’s a shared understanding that we’re all working toward the same goal:
supporting the children and creating a positive learning environment.
I feel grateful for the working relationships I’ve built with my coworkers. There’s open communication, and I feel comfortable asking for advice or sharing ideas. The support system is good, from daily classroom teamwork to guidance from mentors and coordinators, I feel like I can rely on the people around me.

If you’re thinking about joining KIA as a teacher, I can honestly say it’s a place where your work feels meaningful every day. The environment is supportive, collaborative, and truly centered on what’s best for the children. One of the things I love most is how diverse our team is.
