さて、新年度が始まり、新しいクラスや担任にも子どもたちは早くも慣れ、楽しく園生活を送っている様子をスタッフ一同、大変嬉しく思っております。
今年度も保護者の皆さまと協働・連携を図りながら、子どもたちが主体的に学び、多様な価値観を享受できる、安全で豊かな学習環境の提供に努めてまいります。

今年度より、乳幼児部（テディベア・マーメイド）では、教育の質のさらなる向上と、外国人・日本人スタッフ双方の一貫した指導力強化を目的とした新たなリーダーシップ体制がスタートいたしました。
新たに設けられた「ELCトレーナー」は、関東エリア、関西エリアに各1名ずつ配置し、乳幼児部のカリキュラムがすべてのクラスおよびキャンパスにおいて質高く実施されるよう、カリキュラムラボと連携しながら定期的なクラス訪問や観察を通じて、教職員への研修や日々のサポートを行い、教育現場全体の質の向上に努めます。

なお、幼稚園部（K1〜K3）におきましても、各キャンパス主任が中心となり、乳幼児部同様カリキュラムラボとの連携を図りながら日々の教育・保育の質を担保しておりますので、引き続き安心してお子さまをお預けいただければ幸いです。

Regarding the new organizational structure at ELC 

Now that the new school year has begun, we are happy to see the children adjusting to their new learning environment and enjoying themselves. 
We provide a safe and enriching learning environment where children can learn independently and be exposed to diverse worldviews by collaborating with the parents and guardians.

Since the beginning of the new school year, we have introduced a new leadership structure at the Early Learning Center (Teddy Bear and Mermaid classes) to enhance the quality of education and standardize how classes are taught for international and Japanese staff.

We have created the position of an “ELC Trainer” in the Kanto and Kansai areas. The trainer’s role is to ensure the ELC curriculum is implemented with the highest quality in every class on every campus. This includes providing training and daily support to the staff to improve overall teaching quality by collaborating with the curriculum lab through periodic class visits and observations. 

At the kindergarten level (K1~K3), the head teacher from each campus continuously collaborates with the ELC curriculum lab to ensure that the children receive a quality education and proper care. Rest assured that your children are in good hands.
