日本語圏に住む者としてのアイデンティティを確立した上で、日英バイリンガルのIB教育を受けてきた子どもたちがIB DP（国際バカロレア高等教育）を経て進学する先は、国内外問わずさまざまな選択肢が存在します。高校時点で明確な夢を持つ生徒もいれば、自分自信の可能性についてまだまだ模索中の生徒もいます。
KIAは大きな人生の岐路に向き合う若者一人ひとりが、「自分は何者か？」ということに、安心して向き合うことができる教育機関でありたいと願っています。
今年も、国外・国内の多岐に渡る、KIAのIBDP後の進路について、解説していきます。IB入試による医学部への道や、IB生の英語資格を利用した総合型選抜についてもご紹介させていただきます。
さらに、IBDPを取得した生徒にとってのアドバンテージとも言える欧州の大学進学についても触れていきます。
Theme: The Future of Bilingual Japanese-English IB Diploma Programme (IBDP) Students: Exploring European University Options and Diverse Pathways

Having a strong sense of identity as residents of the Japanese-speaking community, students who have embraced the bilingual Japanese-English IB education face a wide range of options for their future, both nationally and internationally. Some students may enter high school with clear aspirations, while others are still exploring the vast possibilities within themselves. KIA aspires to be an educational institution where each young individual confronting life’s significant crossroads can confidently answer the question, ‘Who are we?’
With these things in mind, we will look at the paths taken by KIA’s IBDP graduates and explore various alternatives available to them, including introducing the path to medical school through the IB DP assessments. We will explore the various ways to university that open up through our student’s English qualifications.
In addition, we will also touch on the advantage for IBDP students to enter universities in Europe.
