日本橋校　Nihombashi

今年のウィンターセレブレーションは東京初等部1年生とコラボレーションした今年限りの特別なものとなりました。

ピーターパンの物語に沿って1年生がメインキャラクターを演じ、年少クラスは海賊、2歳時クラスはロストボーイズ、1歳時クラスはティンカーベルと全学年での1つの物語を作り上げました。

当日舞台に立つまでに、練習を通して子ども達は沢山の経験をします。各クラスでの練習に始まり、初めは賑やかだった全体練習も回を重ねる毎に他の学年の発表を真剣に見つめる姿に変わっていきました。普段とは違った経験の中で色々なことを思い、学び吸収していく子ども達。本番を終えた達成感と自信が子どもたちの成長を後押しします。

ひと回りもふた回りも大きくなった子どもたちの姿に、今年も大感動のウィンターセレブレーションとなりました！

We had a very special Winter celebration with first grade elementary students this year.

The first graders played the main characters based on the story of Peter Pan, the 3 year old class played pirates, the 2 year old class played the Lost Boys, and the 1 year old class played Tinkerbell.
The children gained a lot of experience through rehearsals.

They practiced in each class, and then rehearsed as a whole, what began as a playful activity evolved into a serious event as the students gained perspective of how the story comes together through the work of all classes.

The students grew so much throughout this event and gained a sense of accomplishment and self-confidence.

The whole play was a big success and the students got a big round of applause.
