子育てジャンヌダルクの出張講演会に行ってきました！
初めての出張講演、トヨタの課長さんたちの親睦団体での講演ということで、緊張とワクワクが入り混じった状態でしたが、金曜日の夜にもかかわらず、オンラインと会場と合わせて80名もの方がご参加くださいました。
熱心にご視聴いただき、本当にありがとうございます！
講演では、まずパーソナリティの二人が運営している関西国際学園についてご紹介しました。その後、事前にいただいていたたくさんの質問にお答えする形で進行しました。
AI時代の移り変わる教育についてや、デバイスとの付き合い方、子育て中のイライラ問題、親のマインドセットなど子育てに関する多岐にわたる質問に、教育者として、専門家の知見から、また多くの子育て世代に寄り添ってきたさまざまな経験を通じて、あらゆる視点からお話させていただきました。
講演後には、懇親会を開いていただき、参加者の皆さんと直接お話しする貴重な時間を過ごしました。ここでは、仕事と子育ての両立、思春期の子どもとの向き合い方など、働く世代の皆さんが抱えるリアルな声を聞かせていただきました。
今回の講演会と懇親会を通じて、働く世代の皆さんが抱える子育ての課題や葛藤に寄り添うことの大切さを改めて実感しました。
このご縁を大切に、今後もリスナーの皆さんの心の支えとなるような番組作りに励んでいきたいと思います。

Kosodate Jeanne D’Arc gave a special lecture to Toyota managers!
This was the first time giving a special lecture off campus. We were excited and nervous at the same time. Even though the lecture was held on Friday evening, a total of 80 people attended the lecture online and offline combined.
We want to thank everyone who attended the lecture.
At the lecture, we gave an introduction of Kansai International Academy which is managed by the two hosts of the podcast. We answered questions that we had received in advance.
We discussed various topics, such as how AI is influencing education, our relationship with our devices, how to resolve our frustrations when raising children and the mindsets of parents. We discussed those topics from different perspectives both as educators with expertise and using our own experiences raising children.
After the lecture, we were invited to a social gathering where we had a chance to have a discussion directly with the participants. They had genuine questions about work-life balance and how to have heart-to-heart conversations with adolescent children.
Through the lecture and the social gathering, we were reminded of the importance of showing empathy towards the issues that arise from raising children and the struggles of working parents.
We would like to cherish this new connection we’ve made and continue producing a podcast that is meaningful to the listeners.
